AGREEMENT
The Veterinary English Community will provide access to the course for members after payment and registration. Courses will be updated each week and group or private lessons provided to members who select the Standard and Premium levels.
By signing up to the community, members agree to make a recurring payment through the WayforPay payment gateway. The initial paymeny will be taken on the day of signup. Further payments will be taken on a recurruing basis 1 month after the initial payment, and until the subscription is cancelled by the user.
ACCOUNT CANCELLATION
Accounts can be cancelled at any time before the next payment is due to be taken. Your account will remain active until the end of the current payment period. Payments for part of a month cannot be refunded. If you wish to cancel your account, then please contact us using the details at the bottom of this document.
PRIVATE LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY
Students who have chosen to have private lessons (Premium Subscription) must give 12 hours notice in order to cancel a lesson without penalty. If a student notifies us at least 12 hours before the lesson time, no penalty will be applied. If the student notifies us within 12 hours of a lesson, then the lesson cannot be cancelled, and will be deemed to have taken place as normal.
GROUP LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY
Group lessons cannot be cancelled. If a student is unable to attend, the lesson will take place as normal. A video of the lesson will be made available to students who cannot attend.
REFUNDS
Refunds cannot be given for part of the current month subscription cost. If a member wishes to cancel, they should do so before the next recurring payment is taken. The account will remain active until the end of the payment period.
CHANGING MEMBERSHIP LEVEL
If you would like to change to a different membership level, this can be done by contacting us using the details at the bottom of this document.
Once you have requested a change, your account will be moved to the new membership level at the end of the next payment period.
Your current membership level will remain active until the end of the payment period. At that time, the previous reccurring payment will be cancelled and a new payment link will then be sent to you for payment for the new level.
