What English level do I need to join?
Your English level should be at least Elementary. If you are not sure if the platform is for you, try the free lessons to make sure.
If your level is not enough, or too high, I will offer you alternative ways to study.
Can I join if I’m still a student?
Absolutely! The information will help you improve your English level and your professional knowledge.
Will there be information for my specialty?
Yes, we are going to include lessons for different specialties. The vocabulary and the skills you will learn are going to be useful for all veterinarians who work with small animals. If you work with large or exotic animals, the materials will still be useful for you, but most topics will focus on cats and dogs.
What happens in group lessons?
You will practise what you’ve learned and improve your speaking skills. You will work in pairs, so there will be no need to wait for the whole group. But I will always be there to help, support and give feedback.
What happens if I miss a group lesson?
You will get a recording of the meeting.
How does the payment work?
After you choose the plan and pay for it, you get access to lessons for 1 month. You will be charged the same amount every month automatically until you cancel the subscription. You will get an email notifying you about the next payments so you don’t miss it.
As long as you don’t cancel your subscription, the price for the basic and standard levels will stay the same even if it increases for new members.
How can I cancel the subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will still have access to the materials you have already paid for until all 30 paid days are up.
Email me and we will cancel your subscription so your card will no longer be charged.
If you want to return to the club after a break, you will be able to do it at the new price.
How will I know if my payment has been successful?
You will get two emails: one for a successful subscription and one about your payment. After that you will get access to all materials.
